Gina Maxey, MD, FAAP
Dr. Gina Maxey is a board certified pediatrician who has been in private practice since 2001. She received a BA in Biology from Dartmouth College. She attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA and completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Southern Florida in Tampa, FL. Dr. Maxey has two wonderful sons, TJ and Tyler. Dr. Maxey enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, knitting and loves to read.
Nicole Nassif, MD
Dr. Nicole Nassif is a board certified pediatrician who has been in private practice since 2019. She grew up in the metro Atlanta area and graduated from Furman University. She attended Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina. Outside of work, Dr. Nassif enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, Nolan, young daughter, Maddie, family and friends, being outdoors, exploring new things in her community, and watching football. She joined Village Pediatrics in January 2022.
Amola Patel, DO
Dr. Amola Patel has joined our practice as of October 2023! She is a board certified pediatrician who graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She went to Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school. Dr. Patel completed her pediatric residency program at Eastern Virginia Medical School/Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. Dr. Patel enjoys knitting and crocheting, reading fantasy novels, and enjoys a good weekend brunch with family!

Julie is our office manager and billing department. She has 35 years of experience in pediatrics and is here to help with any billing questions. She and her husband have 2 grown children and a granddaughter. They enjoy spending time with and spoiling their granddaughter.

Paola is one of our front staff. She is usually the person who greets you upon arrival. She is bilingual. She and her husband have 4 children and 3 shih tzu dogs (Mila, Milan and Mylah). Outside of work, she loves hiking, church time, and attending her youngest son Ayden's soccer games. As a family, they also enjoy traveling.

Josephine is one our medical assistants. She has been a medical assistant for 6 years. She grew up in San Diego, California and moved to Georgia in 2014 after graduating high school. She has 2 amazing dogs and a loving partner. Outside of work, she loves to go to art museums, eating at restaurants, and spending time with friends.
