OFFICE POLICIES
In order to provide quality healthcare and ensure smooth operation of the office, the following policies are in place:
Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of service.
No-shows/Cancellations
Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time are subject to a $50 charge.
Walk-Ins
We do not accept walk-ins, please call us for an appointment: (678) 288-4142. Phone lines will open at 8:45 am.
Medication Requests / Prescription Refills
We ask that you make all prescription refill requests during our regular office hours. Please allow 48- 72 hours for all prescription refills to be handled. Due to potential health risks and legal ramifications, antibiotics and other medications cannot be called in without an appointment. We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place in order to practice safe medicine for our patients
