Some of the services we provide include:

Same Day Sick Visits: 

If your child is sick or experiencing a problem requiring a doctor   appointment, we will see your child   that day. Simply call the office as soon as possible to set up an appointment. 

Well-Child Checks / Preventative Care: 

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends your child be seen at the following ages for  routine healthcare:  birth/hospital discharge, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9  months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, 3 years, and annually thereafter.  Well-child checkups focus on health and developmental issues, and provide the opportunity to  vaccinate your child against preventable childhood illnesses. Due to the time consuming nature of  these visits, if your child is sick at the time or if numerous issues need to be addressed, a separate  appointment will be necessary in order to adequately address all concerns. 

Sports Physicals: 

Most school-sponsored athletics programs require a physical exam and physician clearance prior  to participation. Please remember to bring your sports physical form with you to the appointment  and have your Preparticipation History Form completed prior to your physical.

Please allow 48 hours notice for completion of any form you might need.
